At Cencora, we are united in our responsibility to create healthier futures. As a Summer 2027 Intern, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a professional business environment while gaining meaningful, hands-on experience within our IT team.

What you'd do
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and technical delivery teams
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
- Support definition of product scope, priorities, and roadmap aligned to business goals
- Partner with developers, architects, QA, and UX teams to help design scalable and effective solutions
- Assist with managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value, risk, and dependencies
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional workshops
- Ensure traceability from business objectives through to delivered technical solutions
- Support solution design by clarifying workflows, integrations, data needs, and system impacts
- Review technical proposals and provide business context to support decision-making

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Analysis, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Rising sophomore, junior, or senior at the time of the internship preferred
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, product ownership, and business analysis concepts
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable deliverables
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
