Coaching Responsibilities

The Pajaro Valley Unified School District hires coaches annually to prepare athletes for competitive participation. The Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach -Aptos High School will be responsible for:

1. Teaching sports techniques, rules, strategies, and game tactics.

2. Conditioning athletes to develop endurance, strength, and agility.

3. Supervising practices, contests, locker rooms, and transportation to ensure safety and discipline.

4. Instilling values such as sportsmanship, teamwork, work ethic, and accountability.
