Job Summary
Athletics coaches at Ceiba are responsible for supporting Ceiba’s efforts to develop and execute a scholar-athlete program in keeping with Ceiba’s mission of ‘to and through’ college for our scholars. Coaches work closely with Ceiba’s Athletics Director to set goals for
the season; gauge student interest; schedule games/meets; locate and vet local facilities for practices and games; ensure that all safety and eligibility requirements are met; manage practice and meet logistics based on the season schedule; and acknowledge student athlete participation and growth.
