What you'd do
- How board-level hardware products move from prototype builds into manufacturing readiness.
- How engineering, operations, quality, reliability, and supply chain teams work together during new product introduction.
- How to organize build data, track issues, summarize technical findings, and communicate status to engineering teams.
- How manufacturing test, validation, and failure analysis activities support product readiness.
What they want
- Currently pursuing a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Basic understanding of hardware products, printed circuit boards, electronics manufacturing, or product development processes.
- Coursework or project experience related to electronics, circuits, embedded systems, manufacturing, or mechanical design is preferred.
- Ability to organize technical information, summarize data, and communicate clearly.
- Comfortable working in a team environment and learning from engineers across multiple disciplines and regions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, basic scripting, lab equipment, and CAD tools is a plus.
