What you'd do
- Support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Excellence methodologies.
- Assist with process mapping, value stream mapping (VSM), and identification of improvement opportunities.
- Help develop and maintain project plans and track progress of improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Kaizen events, brainstorming sessions, and other continuous improvement activities.
- Support Lean and Six Sigma certification projects, including Yellow Belt initiatives.
- Assist with Lean Maturity Assessments, benchmarking activities, and best-practice sharing.
- Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, visual management tools, and performance metrics.
- Support the development of training materials, standard work documents, databases, and educational resources.
- Collaborate with employees across multiple departments to drive process improvements and support business objectives
