What you'd do
- Working with the Project Engineering lead on the program to drive the program forward.
- Assign and drive action items from meetings to closure.
- Support reviews and design efforts.
- Communicate clearly with the supporting team members to ensure proper program execution and to meet schedule needs.
- Coordinate required testing activities with the shop floor or selected test houses.
What they want
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
- A minimum of 45 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Experience working on cross-functional teams
- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience
