What you'd do
- Participate in monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and any analysis associated with those activities
- Support business unit and accounting managers/analysts on various analyses
- Complete projects directly linked to the Accounting Team efficiency initiatives
- Provide Accounting support for North America operations while collaboratively working with the Accounting Team and other Functions
- Assist with the close process and various analyses to ensure all reporting deadlines are met
- Pursuing a BS in Accounting or Business or related field required.Preferred Experience
- Previous internship/co-op experience or relevant work experience (a plus).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and experience in building financial models (a plus).
- Experience via student organizations, such as Beta Alpha Psi, Association of Latino Professionals of America, Multicultural Business Association, Accounting Association, American Accounting Association, etc.
- Ability to travel 10 - 20 percent of the time
