Heartland REMC is now accepting applications for a Consumer Services Representative position. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, representing Heartland REMC and Heartland Highspeed Fiber in a friendly and professional manner that positively influences all visitors and contacts. Assists members in establishing, maintaining, and disconnecting electric and fiber services in accordance with the policies established by Heartland REMC and Heartland Highspeed Fiber. Assists members with billing, payment arrangements, and account information, and promotes programs to better serve the consumer. Applicants should have considerable skill in effectively dealing with a variety of people under difficult circumstances.
