As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for municipalities, DOTs, and engineering firms discovering what Cyvl can do for their infrastructure programs. You'll drive top-of-funnel growth by finding and engaging the right prospects, and your outreach will directly shape our pipeline and our expansion into new markets across the country. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Somerville, MA headquarters, starting ASAP.
What you'd do
- A track record in inside sales and lead generation, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain a growing network
- Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams
- Strong organization and time management, working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Cross lanes. "Not my job" doesn't exist here.
- Own without a playbook. The plan is still being written, often by you.
- Try, miss, try again. We make big bets. Some won't land, and we learn fast.
- Be in the room. We're on-site in Somerville about 90% of the time.
