Join Lambda's Legal team as a generalist intern, gaining hands-on in-house experience across Commercial and Corporate matters at a fast-paced AI infrastructure company. You'll work directly on a variety of commercial agreements (customer, vendor, NDA, and more) alongside corporate transactions like M&A, financing, and public company readiness.
What you'd do
- Currently pursuing a JD (2L or 3L preferred)
- Have completed contracts coursework, with strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Are comfortable working with AI-assisted tools such as Claude, or eager to learn them
- Ability to work at least 1 day per week in our San Francisco office
