Job Overview:
As a Data Analytics intern within the FAR (Foundational Analyst Rotational) Program, participants will join us for a paid, ten-week summer internship on one of our Data teams. The internship experience includes networking, relevant work assignments, group projects, social and wellness events, mentorship, and other informative learning sessions with key leaders.

- Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- 3.0 GPA minimum.
- Intermediate knowledge of data visualization, tools, and languages (SQL, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI, Python, etc.)
- Offer is contingent upon completion of bachelor’s degree, successful background screening, and agreement to be local to the Fort Mill/Charlotte office.
- All majors are considered, but programs focusing in data science, computer science, business analytics, mathematics, or information systems are preferred.
- GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Leadership experience through student organizations, internships, or projects.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 platforms.
- Effective communication, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
