What you'd do
- Gain practical experience with annuity products and insurance administration systems.
- Learn how products are developed, tested, implemented, and supported.
- Build experience with product calculations, data validation, and quality assurance.
- Strengthen technical skills in Excel, automation, and data analysis.
- Develop professional documentation, communication, and project-management skills.
- Contribute recommendations that may improve testing processes, tools, and operational efficiency.
What they want
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, finance, accounting, mathematics, data analytics, information systems, business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate work.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; exposure to SQL, Microsoft Excel, or another programming language is beneficial but not required.
