What you'd do
- Coordinate with restaurant partners to produce video testimonials
- Manage logistics: scheduling, locations, approvals, and communication
- Coordinate shoots (in-person and remote) with videographers and operator
- Create native, platform-first content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
- Be comfortable getting behind or in front of the camera when the concept calls for it.
- Bring a strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Regularly pitch and execute new content concepts that feel authentic to the platform—not like traditional corporate marketing.
- Direct shoots (framing, interview flow, storytelling)
- Capture high-quality, authentic content in real restaurant environments
- Adapt quickly and problem-solve on location
What they want
- 2–3 years of Production experience OR demonstrable portfolio of high-quality, high-impact social media or video content
- Editing Experience
