Internship Overview/Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting recruiting initiatives, candidate engagement, and talent attraction efforts. What you'd do
- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist with campus recruiting, employer branding, and recruiting events.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to help deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Contribute to recruiting projects, reporting, and talent pipeline development.
