Recruiting Coordinator

What they want

• 7+ years of recruiting coordination experience, including scheduling for executive or high-volume roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-participant interview schedules without errors
• Experience with an applicant tracking system as the system of record for hiring
• Proven track record of being the escalation point for a coordination or operations team
