The Role:
Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking an Industrial Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.
As an Industrial Engineer Co-Op at Entegris, you will support initiatives to optimize manufacturing and materials processes within a high-tech production environment.

Must be willing and able to comply with clean room gowning requirements and work in a clean room manufacturing environment as required to support project activities.

What you'd do
- The Industrial Engineering Co-Op will work alongside Industrial Engineers, Production managers and Process Engineers to support projects of high importance.
- Evaluate current processes and identify improvements opportunities.
- Conduct time studies and develop capacity models for critical equipment's and processes.
- Support daily Gemba walks and improve our SOPs.
- Assist with maintaining and updating master data in SAP.
- Participate in projects aimed at reducing cycle time, scrap and improving productivity.
- Use Power BI, Excel, Copilot to build visualization dashboards to translate data into actionable insights.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Industrial Engineering concepts and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
