The Role:
Our site in Colorado Springs, CO - Rockrimmon is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.
Entegris is digitizing operations and increasingly adding automation to our manufacturing capabilities.
What you'd do
- Drive user engagement and adoption of manufacturing systems by partnering with site teams to understand needs and identify opportunities for increased value delivery.
- Learn Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), process control technologies, and manufacturing analytics tools to support digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Collaborate with site end users to gather feedback, understand challenges, and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Evaluate and prioritize improvement opportunities based on business impact and value potential.
- Support the delivery of manufacturing systems projects through requirements gathering, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
- Develop and deliver training materials and user education sessions to increase system adoption and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
- Model manufacturing processes within Manufacturing Execution Systems to support production operations.
- Execute testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business and operational requirements.
- Monitor project progress and communicate key achievements, risks, and next steps to stakeholders and leadership.
