What you'd do
- Learn and apply the branding guidelines for four Watts entities.
- Create presentation templates for branded and generic training materials.
- Update outdated presentations and other training documents to align with current branding guidelines.
- Support Watts’ goals for quality and customer focus by developing clear, consistent training materials and contributing as a functional team member.
- Demonstrate respect for coworkers through daily interactions and collaboration.
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Senior Manager of Systems Engineering or Company management.

What they want
- Current student (sophomore, junior or senior status).
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Concentration, or any relevant major.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Passionate about your work, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully and make an impact.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity and respect in interactions with others, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of tasks and following through on commitments.
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
