The 3D DRAM Photolithography team develops advanced patterning technologies that enable future memory scaling and support next-generation products powering AI, cloud computing, and data-intensive applications.
What you'd do
- Develop and optimize photolithography processes that meet product requirements for physical and electrical performance.
- Partner with multi-functional process and equipment teams to find opportunities for process improvements and technology advancement.
- Conduct root-cause and failure-mode analyses to identify process limitations and implement corrective actions.
- Perform statistical analysis of pilot manufacturing and technology development data to support process optimization and decision-making.
- Research and develop innovative solutions for next-generation memory technologies, including Applying Artificial Intelligence and data-driven methods where appropriate to improve engineering efficiency and project outcomes.Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Must be enrolled as a student and not graduate before September 2027.
- Demonstrated experience with experimental design, data analysis, and scientific or engineering research methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage numerous projects, priorities, and work in a research and development environment.Preferred Qualifications
