What you'd do
- Assist with fieldwork such as sampling various media, conducting site inspections, and supporting field engineers, geologists, and scientists.
- Research, collect, and enter data; apply technical principles to help interpret and analyze environmental data sets.
- Assist in preparing environmental investigation designs, work plans, and conceptual site models.
- Perform preliminary human health and ecological risk calculations and modeling to support project evaluations.
- Assist with environmental assessments to identify site conditions, potential impacts, and compliance needs.
- Prepare technical reports that summarize methods, findings, and recommendations.
- Travel as required to support field activities and project needs.
- At least 2 years towards degree in environmental science, engineering, geology or equivalent study
- Relevant courses related to principles of environmental science, geology, or similar
- Proficient in MS Office products
