JOB DETAILS:
Location: Carmel, Indiana (Onsite)
Internship Dates: Summer 2027 (May–August)
Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW:
The Summer Sales Internship provides immersive exposure to MJ's consulting and business development approach through a rotational experience in both Employee Benefits (EB) and Property & Casualty (P&C). Interns will spend five weeks in each department, gaining insight into how MJ consultants build relationships, identify opportunities, and create value for clients.
Throughout the program, interns will participate in real-world sales activities, client interactions, professional development experiences, and executive presentations designed to strengthen business acumen, communication skills, and confidence.
