What you'd do
- Gather field data, assist in root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and implementation of service bulletins.
- Address issues related to in-service aircraft and component repair.
- Document and communicate technical information to technical/non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and verify training materials used in OEM/operator training classes.
- Validate and update technical service engineering documentation.
- Help ensure product enhancements/improvements are complete and accurate through review of engineering data and implementation instructions.
What they want
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
- Experience with Python
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Outlook)
- Experience managing projects, schedules, deliverables, or budgets
- Experience working on cross-functional teams
- A minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session
- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience
