Role Summary
Join Temporal as a Business Development Intern and get hands-on experience in enterprise sales development at one of the fastest-growing infrastructure companies in the world. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Business Development Representatives to prospect, engage, and build pipeline into some of the largest enterprises globally. You will go through the same onboarding and training our full-time BDRs complete, giving you real-world exposure to outbound sales, cold calling, account research, and pipeline generation in a developer-first, technical sales environment.
This internship is ideal for someone who is curious about a career in tech sales, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to learn what it takes to sell into engineering and platform teams at Fortune 500 companies.

- You do not need prior sales experience. You need a willingness to learn, take feedback, and get better every single day.
- Comfortable with rejection and resilient in the face of a high-volume outbound environment.
- Strong written and verbal communicator. You can write a clear, concise email and hold a professional phone conversation.
- Active listener who can ask good questions and adapt on the fly.
- Genuine interest in how software is built and how companies make technology decisions.
- You do not need to be a developer, but you should be excited to learn about distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and developer tools.
What they want
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (all majors welcome, though Business, Communications, CS, or related fields are a plus).
- Available for a full-time internship during Fall 2026 (target start: September/October).
- Must be based in the Atlanta metro area or willing to work on-site from our Atlanta office (2018 Powers Ferry Road, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30339).
- Authorization to work in the United States.
