What you'd do
- Support Process Excellence (PEX) initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, effectiveness, consistency, and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing process changes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation within PEX systems in accordance with established procedures.
- Support the coordination and execution of process optimization projects.
- Assist with the evaluation and implementation of process automation solutions based on business needs.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support process improvement recommendations.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and discussions to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support Process Excellence objectives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Science, Statistics, Technology, or a related field.
