What you'd do
- Use of commercial and in-house tools to perform different types of analysis (e.g. CFD) for the design or evaluation of some of our engine components.
- Understand some of the manufacturing processes used in the making of our engine components and the importance of quality compliance from an Aerodynamics perspective.
- Dive into our Knowledge Management System and how it applies to the development of our products.
- Prepare and present technical presentations.
- Perform aerothermal services ensuring on-time delivery and technical quality required of work performed.
- Perform low to medium complexity steady state and transient performance comparison packages which can include data vs. simulation, model to model, control to control, and engine to engine.
- Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or trainings required.
- English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English

- Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
