What you'd do
- Social Media Content Creation & Channel Management
- Work alongside the IE marketing team to create content for our education social channels, help manage scheduling through our social media tools, and get real-world experience supporting paid social campaigns.
- Email Marketing Content Creation & Marketing Automation Platform Management
- Support email marketing efforts by helping draft and design monthly campaign content promoting OIC initiatives, while assisting with campaign execution and subscriber list management through the marketing automation platform.
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist with administrative tasks such as budget tracking, campaign tracking spreadsheets, and website edits/updates.
- Marketing, Advertising, Communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Comfort with Excel for basic budget tracking and reporting (formulas, simple spreadsheets)
- Strong digital literacy and ability to quickly learn new internal tools/platforms

- Interest in financial markets, investing, or the options/derivatives industry (a plus, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly important given the regulated/financial services environment
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, compliance, and subject-matter experts
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and willingness to ask questions
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- Strong time-management skills and reliability in meeting deadlines
- Enthusiasm for learning new tools, platforms, and processes with minimal hand-holding
