What you'd do
- Perform hand calculations and determine requirements for higher order detailed analysis
- Perform detailed thermal analyses to solve challenging problems
- Perform peer reviews of all analysis to validate process and results
- Deliver results to customers
- Generate detailed, archival technical reports
What they want
- Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced STEM or related degree and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
- Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.
- Experience with engineering Finite Element Analysis tools and software such as ANSYS Workbench, Patran, Nastran and/or Thermal Desktop
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Experience utilizing CAD (Computer Aided Design) tools such as CREO
- Experience with problem solving using data-driven approaches
