Job Description:
This position requires a creative, innovative, collaborative and forward-thinking student enrolled in a design program focusing on Civil Engineering. This person will be working under direct supervision of a licensed professional to gain experience in multiple areas of their design discipline. The successful candidate will be willing to take specific direction on project and department activities and execute in a professional manner.

Ryan’s integrated process requires an individual to be able to work in a proactive and positive manner in tandem with local teams and cross regionally within a national design practice
What they want
- Pursuing Professional education (Bachelor or Master’s degree or Technical degree programs) in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant professional or educational experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
- Knowledge of various software programs including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite preferred.
- Willingness to learn various aspects of the design process including; Conceptual Design, Client Presentations, City Codes, Documentation, Construction Administration, and Constructability.
- Execute documentation for coordination and construction.
- Work on projects as a collaborative member of a design team.
- Works with the project team to create complete and thorough design documents to meet project goals, milestones and schedule.
