What you'd do
- Develop marketing strategies to target Multifamily Developers
- Use our digital tools and marketing collateral to differentiate Allegion solutions
- Review Multifamily Dodge leads and identify target opportunities
- Utilize AI to generate Multifamily developer target list and senior level contacts.
- Develop prospecting skills to target developers and owners through email, social media and telephone calls.
- Develop target account queries in Dodge to share with members of the sales team
- Collaborate and share qualified leads with Multifamily Consultants and Virtual Sales Consultants
- CRM & Data Management: document prospecting efforts in CRM via call reports and product forecasting
- Participate in Allegion product and sales training sessions and Multifamily Project tracker meetings
- Gain an understanding of how new construction and renovation projects are developed, furnished, and completed.
