Internship - Manufacturing & Engineering Associate

What you'd do
- Build your capability through exposure and ownership of processing, packaging and broad manufacturing systems.
- Gain front line exposure to 24/7 production to leverage problem solving and learning agility while driving improvements and eliminating losses.
- Learn from and lead Operators, Technicians and Mechanics to grow your coaching, team building and people-development skills set.
- Manage programs to gain experience in capital project ownership, new system startups and / or initiative leadership.
What they want
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Engineering degree in: Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Food Process or Biological/Biosystems/Agricultural, or related degree
- Qualifications for MEA Milling roles: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Milling Science, Food Science, or related degree
