Job Description
The Payoff Analyst supports Equipment Finance customers and business partners by preparing payoff quotes, processing dispositions and payoff transactions, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating activities with multiple internal teams.
What you'd do
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for customers and internal business partners.
- Generate and process payoff quotes and payoff transactions.
- Manage end-of-term lease activities, including equipment dispositions.
- Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales, credit, documentation, insurance, titling, and other internal teams to support customer needs.
- Research and resolve transaction discrepancies and operational issues.
- Identify potential customer concerns and proactively work toward resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in department systems.
- Cross-sell or refer customers to additional bank products and services when appropriate.
- Develop expertise in assigned accounts, products, and Equipment Finance processes.
