What they want
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in an applicable discipline and actively ++enrolled through completion of the internship / co-op session.
- Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session
- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, C++, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with software development fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, version control, and testing
- Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Software development experience (i.e. internship, co-op, or other work or academic project experience)
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Software life cycle, Agile development, and/or configuration management experience
