Our Summer Internship Program (PLOT) offers an opportunity to gain meaningful experience in Agricultural Sales while building the foundation for a successful career.
What you'd do
- Exposure to agricultural sales, agronomy, and crop production within a leading agribusiness organization
- Experience supporting customer relationships, sales initiatives, and agronomic recommendations
- Opportunities to collaborate with sales professionals, agronomists, growers, and business leaders
- Development of communication, consultative selling, agronomic, and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience evaluating crop production practices, agricultural products, and customer needs
- Exposure to agricultural chemicals, fertilizer, seed, technology solutions, and integrated crop management strategies
- Mentorship from experienced sales and agronomy professionals
- A deeper understanding of how agronomic expertise and customer partnerships drive grower success and business growth
- Real-world experience contributing to projects that support customer satisfaction, crop performance, and commercial success across the agricultural industry
What you get
- In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour. Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
