What you'd do

Develop a project charter to map out objectives, identify key stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
Leveraging your analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills, you will work cross-functionally to identify the problem, measure the current state, develop recommendations through qualitative and quantitative analysis, and present the findings through various forums including an intern-wide poster session and a final readout to executive management
Network with colleagues across the company and enjoy full access to Amgen’s Employee Resource Groups

Expected continued enrollment in an accredited college or university following the co-op program
Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the co-op program
Must be available to work a full-time schedule.
Must be available to accept and commit to future full-time employment by July 2028, if offered
18 years or older
Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalentPreferred Qualifications
Degree concentration(s) in Engineering, including Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Biomedical/Bioengineering, or Computer Engineering, Life Sciences, including Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related disciplines, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Applied Mathematics, Data Science / Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management / Operations, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology
Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
VBA for Excel and SQL knowledge
