Role Summary
The Data Analyst, Specialist is responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions and improve operational efficiency. This role involves structuring complex business requests into well-defined analytical projects, extracting and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources, and developing automated reporting and decision-support solutions to enhance data accessibility and business outcomes. The role will also evaluate and support emerging analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that help drive innovation and improve decision-making across the organization.

1. Engages with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions and goals. Brings structure to business requests, translates requirements into an analytical project approach, and leads projects through completion.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling or business intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or a Bachelor’s in Statistics/Mathematics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data extraction and performance optimization.
- Expertise in Python or R for data manipulation, automation and advanced analytics.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create interactive dashboards and reporting solutions.
