What you'd do
- Define work methods for specific warehouse areas consisting of several work cells. Identify and lead projects to improve product flow through these cells.
- Develop and integrate safety procedures (job safety analysis, ergonomics, personal protective equipment, machine guarding, and lockout) into warehouse processes.
- Provide daily technical support to warehouse and production teams, including training and support in programming, operation, and maintenance of all equipment in the work area.
- Ensure warehouse processes operate within quality metric targets. Identify trends in quality performance, execute root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans.
- Design tooling, fixtures, and workstations essential for new product introduction to warehouse cells.
- Participate in the investigation and purchase of new equipment and tooling. Provide input into the equipment/process technology roadmap and develop maintenance schedules for all equipment within assigned work cells.
- Create and maintain all documents and reports used to control the warehouse process, including quality, productivity, and delivery reports, standard work in each cell, value stream maps, quality data collection sheets, Engineering Changes, routing, and bills of material.

- Completion of Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering within the last three (3) years, or May 2027
- Internship or co-op experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment with a focus on improvement process and equipment
- Strong structured problem-solving skills, with a passion for getting to the root cause of issues
- Proactive and enthusiastic about implementing new technology and continuous improvement
- Independently motivated and a collaborative team player
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing, statistical analysis (Minitab), geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), SolidWorks, value stream mapping (VSM), design for manufacturability (DFM), process failure mode effects analysis (pFMEA)
