Our internship program at Generac is designed to give students a chance to develop their business and technical skills by assisting with ongoing and project related activities within our accounting department. This internship will introduce the candidate to the Shared Services accounting functions – including Accounts Payable, Cash application, and/or Credit Memos. In addition, the candidate will support various “continuous improvement” projects.

What you'd do
- Brainware processing – AP automation software failures & manually resolving
- AR Cash application/posting offsets to customer accounts
- Credit memo processing in SAP
- Past due invoice resolution
- Excel reporting as needed
- Mail distribution
- Complete other projects as assigned
- Currently enrolled in an Associates or Bachelor’s program with an emphasis in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
