Department Introduction

The Probe Area Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team supports semiconductor manufacturing through data-driven decision making, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'd do

Analyze manufacturing data and develop insights to improve factory performance.
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions that support engineering and operational decision making.
Support process improvement and KPI initiatives focused on capacity, productivity, and operational efficiency.Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Analytics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
Experience using Microsoft Excel and other basic data analysis tools.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar analytics and visualization tools.
Coursework or project experience involving statistics, operations research, manufacturing systems, or process improvement.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, automation, or continuous improvement methodologies.
