Support the lead cost analyst on detailed financial planning and analysis tasks for product line and facilitate cost tracking process.
Coordinate and execute standard reporting processes of financial results.

What you'd do
- Analyze and evaluate financial results monthly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to Plant, Corporate, and senior management related to standard reporting processes of financial results.
- Perform cost calculations based on customer requests for quotations and internal special projects.
- Perform investment analysis – discounted cash flow, net present value and internal rate of return analysis.
- Support product line with part number setup, costing and release
- Evaluate cost savings measures identified within the product line and estimate dollar impact
- Monitor KPI performance to support successful achievement of business plan targets
What they want
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost structures, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software (ERP systems, Power BI, etc.).
