Job Description

What you'd do
- Supporting the review, organization and ongoing maintenance of marketing content across digital channels.
- Partnering with marketing and business stakeholders to help ensure content is accurate, timely, consistent and aligned with brand standards.
- Assisting with content inventories, tracking updates, approval documentation and publishing workflows.
- Helping to maintain organization and reporting for sales enablement, customer relationship management and content management platforms.
- Communicating project status, findings and content needs clearly to marketing and related business partners.
- Supporting the development of internal reporting capabilities
- Building and reviewing content for internal website
- Providing analysis on advisor-facing program, assessing its success and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Reviewing existing assets and providing recommendations for internal learning pathways
