At Symbotic, early career talent plays a meaningful role in helping us reimagine the future of supply chain automation. Through our Internship and Co-op programs, students have the opportunity to contribute to real projects, collaborate with experienced engineers and business leaders, and gain hands-on exposure to the technologies powering our end-to-end robotics and automation solutions.
What you'd do
- Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client locations and company HQ.
- Employees may be required to use a personal credit card for business travel expenses, which are reimbursed based on the program guidelines.
- Eligible employees may receive a corporate credit card based on role and travel requirements, but a personal credit card may be needed during onboarding until the corporate card is issued.
What they want
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data, recognize trends, and draw meaningful insights.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exposure to Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management, reporting, and visualization tools is a plus.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and ways of working.
- Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and contribute effectively in a collaborative environment.
