What you'd do
- High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) AND Five (5) or more years of experience supporting business or technology systems, including helping users solve issues, gathering requirements, testing system changes, and working with technical and business teams.
- Customer service experience with the ability to respond effectively to stakeholder needs
- Experience using SQL (Structured Query Language) to query, manage, and analyze data
- Experience with data analysis tools and software to support reporting and business insights
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI
- Experience with quality testing and validating data, processes, or system outputs
- Ability to work in an agile environment
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Passion for technology with a curious growth mindset and be comfortable with new technologies
- Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
