We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our team as a Manufacturing Operations Co-op in Central Wisconsin from January to August OR May to December.

What you'd do
- Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, etc.)
- On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less
- Interest in hands-on learning
- Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in Excel
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement preferred
