What you'd do
- 3+ years of experience managing human research, clinical research, health outcomes, real-world evidence, healthcare programs, or equivalent partner research programs.
- Experience independently managing external academic, commercial, clinical, CRO, and/or healthcare partnerships.
- Experience taking research or outcomes projects from feasibility and planning through execution, reporting, and closeout.
- Strong project-management, documentation, risk-management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Familiarity with research data flows, participant privacy and consent, data-quality review, and tools such as spreadsheets, project trackers, survey platforms, EHRs, EDC, CTMS, eTMF, or comparable systems.
- Human-subjects research and GCP/CITI training, or willingness to complete required training.
