What you'd do

  • Utilize Raytheon systems and tools to support Manufacturing processes
  • Support production operations and the Manufacturing discipline
  • Support Manufacturing objectives for cost, quality, schedule and safety
  • Support improvement and optimization initiatives within the Manufacturing discipline
  • Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
  • This position involves direct support of manufacturing activities and requires spending time in and around factory areas.
  • Clearance Information: This position requires security clearance.
  • DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.

What they want

  • Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major, and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
  • Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Prior internship experience
  • Experience/Education with manufacturing testing processes
  • Experience/Education with technical writing and interpretation of technical documentation
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA
