Assist the advanced technologies group in building next generation of products using AI based object detection, virtual, and augmented reality technologies.
What you'd do
- Understand the problem and develop a solution
- Use Python, C ++ as programming tools in Linux operating system
- Use OpenCV APIs for image processing and / or augmented realty application development
- Use Robot Operating System (ROS2) to build and deploy autonomy onto robotic platforms
- Use TensorFlow, PyTorch to create deep learning models using transfer learning approach
- Use NVIDIA Jetson or similar embedded boards to train and deploy deep learning/ machine learning models
- Hands-on experience working on aerial work platforms, telehandlers, and scissors
- Design, model and test new systems that integrate with a machine.
- Understand the Product Development Process, Life Cycle Management, Reliability, and Design for Manufacturing requirements.
What they want
- Student working towards a bachelor’s degree in robotics, computer, and electrical engineering
- Must be fluent in C++, Python, Linux (or Ubuntu)
- Exposure to training and deployment workflow, such as Rodolfo
- A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn through theory and practice
- Graduation date of December 2025 or 2026
- Exposure to neural network development frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience in extracurricular activities outside academic requirements
