NBCUniversal’s StudioPost department is looking for a Post-Production Planning Coordinator! In this role, you will support the day-to-day scheduling operations for the Picture Department’s Color, Edit, VFX, QC, and Client Services teams across TV and Mastering projects. Responsibilities include working with clients to schedule picture services; serving as a liaison between Picture clients and StudioPost staff; proactively confirming client service needs for the Picture Department; maintaining Picture Department schedules in ScheduAll; and coordinating remote playbacks.

- Confirm bookings and negotiate available session dates with clients
- Coordinate special requests with clients
- Coordinate remote playbacks with clients and engineering
- Develop working relationships with talent
- Communicate frequently with talent regarding their schedules
- Track talent availability
- Manage and update resources in ScheduAll
- Project month-end and quarter-end financial reconciliation for Finance Department

- 3+ years of experience in post-production scheduling, operations or producing
