Walt Disney World Labor Relations Intern, Spring 2027

What you'd do

• Junior or Senior year preferred.
• Major or previous coursework in Industrial and Labor Relations or a related major preferred.
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
• Have not completed one year of continuous employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess unrestricted work authorization.
• The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 through June 2027.
• Fully available from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time Zone for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week.
• Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area.
• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
