What you'd do
- 40 hours per week
- Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Occasional travel within Missouri to Board meetings (expected about twice per month)
- Location: Clayton, MO
- Interpreting data for the purpose of analyzing past financial trends in order to project future debt possibilities
- Develop multi-million dollar financing structures for General Obligation Bond and Capital Facilities Lease issues for a variety of municipalities including school districts, fire protection districts, cities, and counties
- Provide expertise in cash flow analyses, new money financings, refinancing of debt, bonding capacity, election support, and long-term financial plans
- Analyze municipalities' current debt structures and prepare financing proposals to present at public meetings
- Manage documents for financings, record keeping, and other professional office activities
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
