Primary Function
The ERG & Program Specialist will support and collaborate with the Community Investment team, corporate leadership, and employee groups and advance our efforts to make Newrez a great place to work.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Supervisory experience with at least 2 years' experience in project management, logistics, program administration or event management required.
- Demonstrated understanding of DEI concepts and practices, including experience working with underrepresented groups and creating inclusive environments.
- Experience in community organizing and coalition-building.
- Be able to clearly articulate and present ideas and findings to a varied audience, including the operations staff and senior leadership.
- The ability to establish rapport and relate sensitively to a multiracial and multicultural group of partners
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team
- Ability to speak publicly and present information to large and small groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
